Do you remember knowing about the Broadway musical, "The Man of La Mancha?" Perhaps you recall hearing Robert Goulet‘s rendition of "The Quest." It‘s a brilliant classic that inspires the listener each time its heard. Look it up if you‘re not familiar with it; it‘s worth a listen.
And speaking of being unfamiliar with, here’s what I know about this sweet Dobergirl: “She is a stray.” There you have it; everything else is from the observations of our volunteers: “This cute girl is very interested in everything going on around her. After checking everything going on outside the corral, she decided to check me out and quickly resorted to the “Dobe lean,” which indicated to me she was comfortable with me and her surroundings.”
“What a pretty, petite Dobergirl with a bit of a goofy, happy attitude! She has lots of energy and spunk. Make no mistake; she wants your love and affection and will return it by making you laugh with her.”
"Quest came right up for attention and threw in a Doberman lean. When I got up to see if she wanted to play, she ran circles in the field and then dove down into the wet grass near me with such a big (Doberman) grin. She‘s a happy girl and she made me grin too."
We‘re working on her being able to walk well on a leash, but she’s ready to become a part of a loving home as soon as her new family arrives.
If your family is the one, you know the drill: application, acceptance, appointment, arrival, acquaintance, away. And may your quest for Quest be the "possible dream." |
