Doberman Rescue of the Triad operates a permanent facility to provide shelter and care for Dobermans who enter our program. To that end, we have established the "Elijah Fund" in memory of a special Doberman who never experienced the fullness of life. .. he left us too soon. Elijah was and always will be the inspiration that has sustained us in the work of Doberman Rescue of the Triad. While he was only with us for five short years, during which he bravely battled cancer and dilated Cardiomyopathy, Elijah was loved by all with whom he came in contact.
