This pretty, young Dobergirl has been jostled around a bit, first being with a family that decided they didn’t want her anymore (raising a puppy, you know), then being given to a neighbor.
The neighbor, a dog owner and lover, gave her a home, but his female German Shorthair Pointer wouldn’t accept her into the family, and there was tension all the time. Thankfully, the new owner saw that she made it safely to DRT, and now she’s here with us as she awaits a new, loving, forever home.
Her turn-in form indicates that she’s had basic obedience training, is wonderful on leash, has a “bouncy” personality, does some tricks, and “almost never barks, but she “cries and sings.” The former owner also states that “She is an absolute LOVE.”
She also loves to play whatever game you may devise. She loves fetch, and she loves to play obedience games; she wants to work. She likes all toys but tends to shred them if not interactively playing with them.
She’s not only a very pretty girl, she’s also as sweet and uncomplicated as they come. She also loves children. Mama Carol says “This is a sweet Doberman, really congenial, with no issues whatsoever."
If you want a “wash-and-wear” Dober, you couldn’t ask for a better choice than this little girl, so make an appointment to meet her once your application is approved, and come see for yourself what a lovely girl she is.
