A few pictures from Shimmer and Shine's 2nd birthday! The got home-baked doggy cupcakes made out of applesauce and peanut butter, plus some doggy ice cream. We sang to them, but they are so used to singing and noise around the house, they just focused on the food! Of course, Shimmer wolfed her cupcake down in one mouthful, while Shine delicately ate hers in small pieces. Shimmer watched her closely in case she needed help, lol.

BELLA's 7TH BIRTHDAY and GOTCHA DAY
We celebrated Bella's 7th birthday Thurs. I baked her some Peanut
Butter Treats instead of the Pumpkin Treats I usually make for her. I
don't make the peanut butter ones too often since I don't want her to
gain weight. She also got a new chew rope (she adores them but they
don't last very long!)
On Fri. we celebrated her Gotcha Day & I made her a new type of
hat (I've been experimenting with some patterns meant for (dare I say
it!) cats!! I put pearls on it since she's my treasured girl. It's a
work in progress - I'll need to work some more on getting it how I'd
like it. Thank you once again for allowing me to have this sweet girl
to love & care for. Love to you, you helpers, & all the precious
Doberkids.

Hi Carol, Happy November!
Just wanted to say hello and send you a couple silly pictures. Druid (Schweppes) is doing very well. We enjoy his loving and goofy personality every day and feel so fortunate to have him in our lives.
He had his eighth birthday yesterday. Since it coincided with Halloween I had to buy him a costume, so he was a taco ha ha. He didn’t mind wearing it briefly since he has learned to wear a thunder shirt occasionally and sometimes a jacket in cold weather.
Last night we took him next-door to visit our elderly neighbors and show off his costume and they loved it.
