"BUDDY" - mix 1 1/2 years old - 56 lbs. Current on vaccinations
Friendly with other dogs. Heartworm positive (currently on Heartguard for prevention and preparation for treatment) Buddy has an engaging and playful personality. He loves people, other dogs and children but no known experience with cats. Although shy at first he seeks attention and approval from humans and wants desperately to be part of a family. He’s a smart and alert little guy and is already showing his loyalty by dutifully staying on guard on our front porch. Though typically quiet he alerts us to anything or anyone new approaching the house with 2 or 3 short barks and patrols the perimeter in the evenings. He’s a happy dog that deserves a home and more love than he’s found so far.
